Table Egg Production

Our laying flock produces fresh table eggs sold into the local market from our farm in Agona Swedru, Central Region. At peak production we have supplied up to 10 crates of eggs per day — and we are actively expanding our layer flock to increase this capacity.

We focus heavily on feed efficiency — the right feed, correctly managed, determines everything. Our flock includes black hens specifically selected for their superior feed-to-egg conversion ratio.

Brooding Services

Many poultry farmers lack the controlled environment, equipment, or expertise to brood day-old chicks effectively. Kofi Farms takes on brooding contracts — you supply the chicks (or we source them), we rear them through the critical first weeks of life, and hand them back to you healthy and ready for your grow-out houses.

We have handled brooding deals for up to 500 birds per batch and are well-equipped to scale this service as demand grows.

In addition to brooding for clients, Kofi Farms breeds and sells day-old and week-old chicks directly to poultry farmers looking to stock new flocks. We source from reliable hatcheries and ensure all chicks are healthy and vaccinated before transfer.

Farm Hand Supply & Placement

One of the most overlooked challenges for growing poultry operations is finding reliable, skilled, and work-ready farm hands. Kofi Farms trains and places farm hands with poultry operations across the Central Region.

Our farm hands are trained through our own on-farm programme, covering daily husbandry tasks, biosecurity, egg collection and grading, record keeping, and basic disease identification. They come to you work-ready, not just willing.

Egg Supply

Priced per crate. Bulk and regular buyers can negotiate ongoing supply agreements.

Brooding Contracts
